Atty. Ronifelle Luces Barrios (RLB) is a graduate of Juris Doctor from San Beda University College of Law (Batch 2019) and pass the 2019 Bar Exams. Atty. Barrios is a committed litigation lawyer and advocate of human rights and good governance, known for her bold leadership and community-centered legal practice. She is a former associate at Javier Santiago Torres and Panghulan Law Offices.
